About Me

I’m Jodi Price, founder of JPrice Consulting — a freelancer, entrepreneur, and small business advocate with over 20 years of professional experience across SaaS, HR and payroll, banking, healthcare, finance, and the NDIS sector.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as an account manager, implementation consultant, payroll specialist, and customer service leader — supporting organisations from global banks to SaaS startups. I’ve trained teams, streamlined systems, improved client retention, and led award-winning customer service.

In the NDIS sector, I’ve worked with Bright Coordination (invoicing, service agreements, reconciliations, payroll) and SureSafe Personal Alarms as a technician for personal alarms, giving me hands-on experience in both compliance and participant support.

I bring a unique blend of technical know-how and people-focused service. I’m passionate about helping small businesses, service providers, and creatives succeed without unnecessary complexity.

When I’m not consulting, I’m a proud mum and active supporter of the creative industries, helping actors and performers manage their profiles and grow their careers.
